Uneven Skin Texture

Uneven texture may appear dry with visible pores and fine lines. There are numerous causes for uneven skin texture, but it most often is the result of dead skin cells accumulating and preventing new cells from surfacing. Effectively address uneven skin texture by focusing on boosting the cell turnover rate of skin through regular use of a clarifying toner.

AHA/BHA DOs + DON'Ts

DO: Moisturize After Use
Seal in the effects of alpha hydroxy or beta hydroxy toners and always apply a moisturizer after application. Moisturizing after a conditioning toner helps to promote a healthy skin barrier function and reduces the risk of irritation.

DON’T: Apply to the Eye Area
The skin around the eyes is extremely delicate and not suited for the powerful effects of AHAs and BHAs. Avoid applying acid toners to this area to prevent irritation.

How to Use Conditioning Toner

Prep + Dispense

Twice daily after using a SkinCeuticals cleanser, pour a small amount of this clarifying toner onto a cotton ball.

Apply + Complete

Gently smooth over the face, neck and chest. If using in the morning, follow with a SkinCeuticals vitamin C serum and broad spectrum sunscreen. If using in the evening, follow with a SkinCeuticals corrective product or moisturizer.
